We have a veteran team of welders skilled in the art of MIG,TIG,and ARC welding. We also have robot welders to handle production jobs, which allows us to give you a competitive price.

WATER JET & LASER CUTTING

Water Jet Cutting

We also run a Calypso Water Jet that we use to cut 1/2 inch and up. It operates at 60,000psi to pierce up to 6 inch thick material. Just like our lasers this machine can cut a wide range of material, such as Steel,Marble,Copper,Aluminum,Stainless,Granite,Brass,Wood and More.

Laser Cutting

We Now operate 3 high-tech Bystronic precision lasers! A 4000watt, 2800watt, and our New(Used) 3500watt! They allow us to cut from .010″ to 3/4″ Material. They can cut many materials from Steel,Copper,Aluminum,Stainless,Brass,Wood and More.

FINISHES

We do in-house powder coating, as well as priming and/or painting. If you don’t need your parts painted or powdered; Our polishing team can put a brushed finish or a finish of your choice.

We are SUPER EXCITED to announce the acquisition of our NEW Bystronic Xpert40 Brakepress. We are using this for smaller more intricate parts, as well as parts as big as 39″wide. With this brakepress our productivity of large quantity bracketry and/or parts will surely increase tenfold! That means better prices for our customers!
